Meet Your Instructors
Sereena
Sereena is a qualified Osteopath (B. AppSci (Osteopathy), B. HealthSci.) and Yoga Instructor with over 10 years of clinical experience supporting structural alignment, mobility and nervous system regulation. Her work integrates hands on osteopathic treatment with mindful movement and body awareness, offering a practical yet nurturing approach to restoring balance and function. Through clear, gentle guidance, Sereena creates a supportive environment where the body can release tension, adapt and move toward greater ease and resilience.
Hannah
Hannah is a Certified Yoga Instructor and meditation guide with a love for creating quiet, nourishing spaces to rest, reset and meet yourself on a deeper, more intricate level. Through gentle movement, guided meditation and conscious breath, she supports you in releasing tension and reconnecting with a sense of ease, presence and inner calm.
